When Claire falls through the stones she is wearing a thin sprigged cotton dress. In Outlander this is described as being sprigged with peonies, but in Cross Stitch peonies are not mentioned (Outlander, chapter 3)
Mrs FitzGibbons brings Claire two brown overskirts and a pale yellow bodice to wear after her first night at Castle Leoch (Outlander, chapter 5)

The bodice is made of a single layer of silk and free of the corsets. It is very lowcut and revealing with the portion covering the cleavage made of lace with a white charmeuse lining. There is a matching lace-trimmed fan for modesty (DIA, chapter 9)
