Bayamo - Father Fogden, Ermenegilda and Mamacita rode to Bayamo when they fled from Ermenegilda's husband. They hired a fishing boat from there to take them to Hispaniola (V, chapter 50) Bayamo is actually an inland settlement, lying on a plain by the Bayamo River
Habana - the largest city in Cuba, known today as Havana. By the middle of the 18th century Habana was the third largest city in the Americas. Mamacita and Ermenegilda were from Habana (V, chapter 50)
